Korean Channels in in sync with the guide

I have had the Korean package with Directv for several years, and I continue to have issues with my guide not being in sync with what is actually on TV.  I have had receivers changed out and antennas moved, and I still get this issue. I know this is not my level, as I tried the Directv Stream and got the same problems.  I was told it is a problem from the "third party" that receives the guide information and sends it to Directv.  If this is the case, why hasn't Directv inquired about it from the "third party"?  I can not watch what I want and can not record programs since they are out of sync.  Also, the showed either ended early or start late.  I also have episodes of stoppage.  I am not getting the product that I pay for.

The Guide is indeed from a third-party, another source. If you haven’t already, let DIRECTV know about the guide issue. As this is a public forum full of customers, we wouldnt tbe able to direct your concern to the right department. If DIRECTV doesn’t even attempt to send your issue over, you can then ask for the retention/loyalty department (alternative method is saying ‘cancel’ to the robot when you first dial the number). If that proves to not work, you would then go for a BBB complaint.

I think it's unrealistic to expect DirecTV to "police" the Guide Data quality from every channel/network they provide. It's really up to the networks to ensure they provide accurate Guide Data to the third party suppliers of that information.

litzdog911, is it unrealistic to have to pay for a product I cannot use?  Directv is the supplier, and I am the buying customer.  If the issues are outside Directv's capabilities, they should reach out to either the third party or beyond.  If they can not supply what they are claiming to offer, they must do away with the programming.  I know this is not the place to vent on this subject, and I will try and contact the right people, but to say, "oh well," does not fly in my book.
