Did you know that your KVH dish will soon be obsolete?  DirecTV is phasing out MPEG2/SD broadcasts from the 101ºW satellite during the next year. You'll need to switch to a Winegard Trav'ler or DirecTV Slimline dish.  And if you still have older SD-only Receiver/DVRs, DirecTV will swap them for free.

KVH is the manufacturer.

Right. You need to contact KVH. 

Just realize that dish will soon be obsolete. 

I stated in my first post, when I started this thread, that I was in contact with KVH. They were the first people I made contact with. They suggested looking for someone that had a spare board or dish or someone that could repair my RF board.

All is okay, as of yesterday, I have an RF4 board lined up and and a free working KVH R5SL given to me.

I can use those until the KVH dish becomes obsolete.
