Least Expensive HD Subscription Package

My son is experiencing some financial difficulties and he needs to cut back his current HD subscription to "bare bones" for a while. He has looked for a programming list for the "advertised" Family Package that is $29.99 but can't find it on the DirecTV website. Can anyone tell me how to help him find the absolutely cheapest HD programming package(that includes locals) what the package name is so that he can make this necessary budget cut????
