LMN not working on iPad app

It’s been about a week where it’s been just a black screen with no noise. I’ve tried reinstalling the app and the issue persists. The channel works fine on the receiver.

Here are a couple suggestions that we recommend that you try, in order to get the app working. You can:

 

  • reset the password
  • clear the cache and cookies on your device

We recommend that you reset the password, because this may resync the account on our end. You can also clear the cache and cookies on your device, because this will get rid of anything that is affecting the application to load properly.
