Log On, Log Off loop

I log on to my Directv account, then click on Start Watching or Browse Movies. A new tab open up to directv.com/entertainment, where I see content for about 2 seconds, then it says, "Hang on, we're signing you on..."  Then it says, "Signing Off" and it takes you right back to the beginning. Been going on for months!  Tried different browsers, emptied the cache, used different computers, same result.  I called support and each department sent me back to the department I was just transferred from!  (Edited per community guidelines) frustrating!  ANY IDEAS?
