Login Errors
Outside of my home, only 1 tablet is used but everytime either of us try to login, I get the "too many failed attempts" and have to reset my password constantly. The tablet outside of the home logouts as required.
Any ideas would be helpful.

No need to say the same thing twice. This is a public forum and not official DIRECTV support.
Do other devices like your phone have this log-in issue? What tablet is this specifically, is it updated to the latest DIRECTV app and IOS, and have you tried any sort of reinstall?
