Lost channels 272, 553, 554

Channels disappeared from the guide (line up) this week. I have the ultimate package.

Try a refresh of that receiver online via Directv.com/refresh and also perform a red button reset of that receiver. This button can be found on the front where it says PRESS or on the side where the access card is located. If you still don’t have these channels in the Guide, check the favorite list and make sure to filter the channels to ALL CHANNELS. If you still don’t have success, punch in the channel numbers manually with the remote and see if it tunes properly.

I have refreshed already.  Thanks for idea about favorites.  They are on the "all channels" but are shaded like not in my package.

David, thanks. Do you work for DirecTV. Apparently when I talked with them about a bill credit due me they must have switched me to choice package which would explain missing channels.  I signed in to mydirectv to refresh again an noticed "choice package " I have had ultimate entire 8 years with DirecTV. I will call customer service unless you work for them and can help. Thanks a lot David

2 weeks ago I call DirecTV loyalty dept. To renew discount.  Rep changed my package without telling me. That's why I lost channels.  No wonder DirecTV is bleeding 40,000 customers per month.  Next month it will be 40,001!!

I was on the phone with supervisor 1.5hrs yesterday.  Gon to file dispute so someone can listen to the call tape. 

If it happens ok, if not I'll just go to dish even though I live directv.

I'm not going to be done wrong.
