Lost DirectTV apps

My lost Direct TV apps keep trying to initialize. It says try later code 818.

Hey, @dlane72. We'd be glad to help you access your DIRECTV apps again.

 

Just to clarify are you referring to the DIRECTV app, or channel apps that use DIRECTV credentials? Either way you might find it helpful to Refresh your Service, and then 5 minutes later Restart your Receiver. Also, have you tried this on other devices yet?

Having the same issue, there are several threads on here. Would be nice if they could fix the issue. On another thread some tech said they knew about it and were trying to find a fix. Been 10 days now. Very frustrating.

@ATTHelp Two points: One, the ATT web site is too big and cumbersome to get help. Two, the direct tv apps mysteriously showed back up after two weeks. No explanation was given.
