Media Share not working

I have 3 HD DVRs connected together using Whole-Home DVR.  This is working fine and they see each other, but I am unable to view anything using Media Share (which is the main reason I decided to do the Whole-Home DVR option).   I have 2 HR21 units and 1 HR24 unit.  My computer recognizes all 3 DVRs through Windows Media Player 11 and I have given all DVRs access.   I am running Windows XP with Service Pack 3.  When I run Network Services on the DVR, I get the message "Unable to start Network Services (<206>)

Any idea why my DVRs can't access Windows Media Player?  I don't have any option available to see music, pictures, etc.   I am out of ideas.
