Missing episodes in Seasons *with recording season AND in demand

Oddly enough, i have 6, 7 & 9 of Season 3 I have DTV on my actual TV w HBO subscription.  Although i am an ATT wireless customer, i must use Comcast *Xfinity for internet ar home as ATT Internet is not available at my address so i cant bundle.  I miss erroneous episodes across various networks frequently over the last couple of years, STARZ, SHOWTINE, ETC).  I pay to watch on my 60inch high def TV....NOT ON MY SMALL PHONE OR TABLET (On which i do have DTV, ATT TV, HBOMAX, etc....)  multiple calls to both DTV/ATT & HBO.  Always walked thru the "reset" procedure, have had a reset hard push sent, given instruction on multiple "menu search options"... never had any work to "load" missing episodes...reading troubleshooting sites like this i have found there is no consistency to the EPISODE missing from one customer to another.  YES, i can find them on portable devices...but again....i want to watch it in high def on my large screan TV.... ANY FURTHER DETAILS/FEEDBACK/HELP sine thus original post

The networks decide what content is available on which platform. At&t and directv just provide and rebroadcast what’s available
