Sometimes simply resetting the receiver resolves closed caption glitches. We have a handy guide on our website that will show you how to do that.

It is still happening to this day. the ONLY thing I have found and that so called tech suggested is to turn off the receiver for about 5 seconds and then turn back on. MY Issue with that is then you have to wait 5-10 MINUTES for the satellite to go thru it's 'self check' YNF. Now I am finding it will work that day, then the next it goes haywire AGAIN... they keep saying it is the networks but I never had the problem when I had UVerse...
