mlb extra innings not working on all devices.

I paid for mlb extra innings, but can only get it on my tv. It said it works on all devices, but I can't get on my iPhone or iPad.

Download the http://sm.att.com/383ff864 At Bat app from the app store.
Launch app and login with http://sm.att.com/78040154 login information.
Start streaming games.

I followed your advice and the channel came up for the game, but when I pressed it, it said that the game was sent to my tv. Any suggestions?
