MLB Extra Innings
Why doesn't the blue box show up on Channel 720 anymore? I would like to switch the audio to different games but the blue box doesn't show up on the mini genie receivers. What is the best way to fix this problem? Thanks

What are all of your current receiver models? Does this issue occur on all receivers or only some? Another user reported this issue a couple days ago so I would wait it out and see if DIRECTV resolves it soon. If not, you can call them (number in my greeting below).

The only receiver it works on is the main genie receiver. All of the mini genie receivers don't work with that function anymore. Funny though the same feature works on the Sports Mix Channel 600 for the mini genies. It must be something with the Extra Innings channel and the mini genies. I don't have easy access to the receiver so can't tell which model they are. Thanks
