MLB games cut short
I am paying for MLB extra inngs and the last 3 games have cut the feed in the 9th inning before the game ends!!! Tried calling and the sweet little lady from Philippines does not understand. Where can I lodge a complaint. This is OUTRAGEOUS

DTV has no control over what a station does with their programing. Contact MLB as DTV only collects the fee MLB charges for Extra Innings. Most likely the feed was switched to another channel or sub channel.

I record the game on each channel broadcast for this very reason. In this case there were 3 that night. Feed was cut to all 3 channels. Since I am paying Directtv would it not make sense that they should be the ones to figure out the problem? They have the contract with ML B to provide feed to their customers. They are paying ML B for that privilege and therefore should be just as angry as I am that the game was not shown completely! Yet they have no means of allowing their customers to lodge a formal complaint!

DTV only rebroadcasts what the channels send them.

Exactly and they should be complaining and raising the roof with them. We should not have to go around DTV and complain. We should be able to lodge our complaint with our source and they deal with it.
But we cannot even complain
