Mobile App for DROID shows incorrect receiver IDs
When I log into the DirecTV mobile app on my DROID Incredible and try to record a program to my DVR(s) it says that it successfully set to record, but it never actually works. When I have recorded programs from the website before it has always worked, and I receive a confirmation email notifying me that the program is set to record. So I logged into DirecTV.com this evening to record a program for tomorrow night and noticed that the receiver IDs on the website DO NOT match the IDs shown on the mobile app. Could it be possible that I have been programming someone else's DVRs? How can I get this resolved?
