Movie list truncated

About once a week, I key in “1000” then choose “movies” and “all” and go through the list of On Demand movies from “numbers” thru “Z” to see if I'm interested in anything. When I sat down to do that this morning, the list of movies ended in the “B”s. I did a reset on the DVR. When I tried again to check the movie list in the evening, the same thing happened, the list ended in the “B”s. Anybody have any idea what's going on?
