Movie not displaying

I downloaded a movie from my direct tv dvr on to my direct tv app.  After the app said it downloaded it does not display in “my downloads”.  

Went to the movie and tried to download again and now it’s just stuck in the que not doing anything.

ive reset my kindle fire tablet and it still won’t work.  Please help
