Movie ordered/screen scrolls/unwatchable

I ordered the new Twilight movie last night and the screen just scrolled and scrolled.  You could hear the voices of the actors clearly but no picture.  Tried checking the recording of it and the same thing.  I just reordered it a second time and the same thing happened again.

 

Of course no one is working right now to take my service call.  Please respond as I pay much to much for this to happen.
