Movie
I bought a movie. We have recently moved and got the directv moved with us. I try to play the movie and it will play but at the bottom of the screen it says to buy the movie again and won't go away. The wrods take up half the screen and its annoying since I already paid for the movie.

Did you buy the movie before moving? We'd recommend Refreshing your DIRECTV Equipment, and then restarting your receiver if that doesn't work.
