my FETV?

My guide still shows it.  If you have the Entertainment channel package they removed some channels on Dec 8th.

Well I have the XTRA package and get channel 323, however according to direct tv channel lineup for any package to subscribe to, channel 323 FETV is not offered. Also the XTRA package is no longer there

I was thinking of changing packages but not now if 323 is not offered anymore.

To repeat. I have 323.

TexasBrit I have 323 also, however if you look at the channel lineup for every directv package it is no longer listed. So if you change your package you might not get it anymore. I don’t know, I wish directv would clear this

The Xtra package has been grandfathered so new customer can't get it, customer who have it will remain on it.

This is a customer to customer forum and can't fix anything dealing with programing or billing.

Ok thank you, but what if I want to change to another package to downgrade and that package doesn’t have FETV channel 323? I can’t get XTRA package back?

Both entertainment and choice packages has all the channels we are interested in. Just not showing channel 323 in channel lineup, so I wanted to switch, but I won’t if I can’t switch back

Once you move from a grandfathered package you cant move back to it.

Call -1-800-531-5000 and upgrade your channel package --ASK what package contains 323 --that is only way for you to get that channel back.
