Narnia Dawn Treader? Am I dreaming?

I am thrilled to get to see the new Narnia movie as early as this Monday night AT HOME?
I don't understand.

 
1. Why is this available to me at Home on Monday when it came out today at theatres?
2. Where is the price?  Is it free?  The local theatre is charging $13.50 for a Real3D experience.

I have a 3D TV and can't wait!  This sounds too good to be true.  What is going on here?
