How to purchase the cowboy channel featuring 40 nights of NFR

When you go to the Cowboy channel (603), there should be a message that gives you the option to add it to your package or upgrade your package to receive the channel. Do you see that option on screen?

I do not have Direct TV account but when I log into my ATT email it keep redirecting me to Direct TV. Any Idea how to fix this?
