NBA League Pass and NHL Center Ice No Content

After 3 straight Phoenix Suns games which supposedly recorded but had no content, I found out from DTV Tech Support that both League Pass And NHL Center Ice have not had audio and/or video for at least 2 weeks. They know about the problem but the CS rep had no idea on a fix date. She was willing to put my email on a list to be notified when it does get fixed. I assume this only affects the subscription services and not any games on regular cable like ESPN or NFL Network.

If this lasts much longer I plan to ask for a credit for time lost on principle; the credit might not be that much.
