NBA League Pass on NBA App
As many customers have told you:
NBA app says - "Your plan does not include access to League Pass. Please contact your TV Provider to upgrade or Subscribe to League Pass below."
NBA website says-
Success! You now have access to NBA TV with your Subscription. but then gives the same error when you try to watch a game.
I have same issue. Your tech support said call nba.com. Nba.com said it's a DTV problem. Since I paid DTV for league pass, I expect DTV TO FIX THIS ALREADY!!

Customers as in whom? We are customers as well helping other customers on a public forum, we don’t have the ability to fix DIRECTV’s issues.
I would have to say this issue is linked to NBA’s app because they are wrongly interpreting your DIRECTV package, thinking it doesn’t include the extra sports add-on.
As you can’t get through to either, you are kind of ‘stuck’. Have you tried using the actual DIRECTV app to watch NBA League Pass and the regular NBA channel?

@detuch254 The NBA channel may be available to stream but I’m fairly certain the league pass channels are not.

Hello,
Please try logging out of your TV provider account and log back into the NBA app under subscriptions within the NBA app profile.
If your still experiencing an issue, resetting your password, logging out and back in might be an additional step to resolve the issue.

I’m having the same issue. It says I’m logged into my provider (DIRECTV) but I need to subscribe to the League Pass. I’ve tried resetting password, deleting and reinstalling the App, etc. It will not recognize that I purchased it.
