NBC.COM invalid token

I hope this is the proper forum to post this.

I have satellite Directv.  On my desktop, I went to NBC.com to watch a program.  It required me to select my provider.  I was able to watch one episode, but the next episode prompted this message

I googled it, and found this https://thecelebtimes.com/what-does-invalid-token-mean-on-nbc

Among other things, it says "An Invalid Token (or "token invalid") has to do with the time setting on your device. If you are receiving an invalid token message, you will have been automatically signed out of the app and will need to adjust your settings.

I'm "guessing" it's referring a phone app?

I just discovered the answer.

You must wait one week, when the next episode is aired, to watch the previous episode.

Hello @NOLIAN, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Are you getting the same error message when using a different device? Also, you can try to clear cache and cookies from your browser to fix common issues.

Let us know how it goes, we are here to help.

Hi John

Clearing cache and cookies doesn't help.  Reloading the website or Relaunching the browser has no effect, Chrome and Firefox.

I can watch it on the NBC phone app, but on the Directv phone app it won't load.

It just stays like that. Not to mention, virtually the same thing happens on the Directv website
Loads to 85% and just stops there.
Also, when install the Directv media player, this pops up
