Network assistant errors

 Have had this problem for years on and off. No one at DIRECTV 800-number has any idea what to do or where to go. Programs on list do not download. When checking network assistant number four and number five Fail. When I tried to respond to Another posting regarding this issue it does not go through to  another posting regarding this issue it does not go through to a The AT&T representative but only takes me back to a page where I can do another search. Please help

A could of questions for you. What device are you downloading the programs to?

 

Have you refreshed your DirecTV equipment?

 

Are you outside your home network?

 

Please answer those questions and let us know.

I have reset the DVR
probably 150 times over the last four years. Yes I am at home and on the same Wi-Fi network that the TV is on. I am trying to download to either the iPad or the iPhone. I have also removed and reinstalled the app probably 20 times.

iPad, I have probably refreshed it 200 times over the last few years. And I have also done it recently like today. These errors almost always come back when you’re doing the test with four and five having errors in network assistant.
