New Format and recordings

I tried to  delete a TV show, and it said, "PLEASE WAIT." I waited forever and couldn't do anything so I refreshed with the Red button when it came back all my recordings were GONE,and new format? DOES ANYBODY KNOW HOW I CAN GET MY RECORDINGS BACK? I recorded a show and it does not show in the list.? I have another TV in the bedroom, Still has ALL the recorded and it has the OLD format.WOW.

What are the model numbers of your DirecTV boxes?

I received a call from Directv and my problem was solved, Refreshed my Genie2 and got back all my recordings,THANK YOU!!!!!
