New Local HD
I just saw this on dbstalk today:

Now it is a bit tricky in the wording as it says up to 121 new cities but then lists only a few that will be getting by years end. I live in Binghamton, NY. Does anyone know when locals will come in? Fustrating to see such an advancement in locals stations but not have then in my area.
