NFL App error - "Your MVPD Provider DTV cannot access NBC on NFL"
My DirecTV account is paired with the NFL app and it gives the following error when trying to watch Sunday Night Football on the NFL mobile app:
"Your MVPD Provider DTV cannot access NBC on NFL".

Do you have a direct link? I do not see a "DIRECTV Services" option.

What is your programming package? What happens if you try to view this channel via the actual DIRECTV app? What device are you using?

I have all the sports channels and NFL Sunday Ticket. I can watch it on the DirecTV app so that is a good workaround in the future. I am using a Samsung S20+ Android device. Thanks for the help.

None of that matters with Sunday Night Football. Does your programming package include a local NBC station? That’s what would be required for the NFL app to authenticate with your DTV credentials. Are you sure Sunday Night Football is available through the NFL app? You may need to use NBC’s streaming service, Peacock.
