Already pay for nfl channel 212 why can’t I get it? Just says error code721 which is saying that we haven’t purchased. Called DirecTV cust serv and they advised it would be on in 24hrs, it was not, called back basically said to wait. Still not on 5 days later. They said they are receiving bunch of calls regarding nfl
