NFL Sunday Ticket App not working

I have the Sunday Ticket Max service, and when I go to log into the Sunday Ticket app it says "Looks NFL Sunday Ticket is not part of your programming, contact a customer care to add it"

I've spent 8hrs on the phone with over 30 calls to various levels of support without any resolution. I was told to wait 72 hours (workday hours to be exact) to hear back from them, but looks unlikely that it will be fixed. 

Any suggestions, customer service is obviously not a priority with this company anymore.
