NFL Sunday Ticket app not working
I have the standalone Sunday Ticket package.
For the past 2 weeks I've been getting a "sorry about the interruption" message as soon as I open the app on any device connected to the home home internet.
I've tried bypassing the router by plugging straight into the modem, to no avail.
The odd thing is the app works just fine on a device such as a mobile phone using cellular data and not connected to any wifi.
Anyone have a possible solution?

Hello, Sean88
Thanks for reaching out to us here in Community And Forums, we are happy to help!
Generally a direct connection from the router to a device will give the best possible connection. If you are having difficulty in streaming both Wi-Fi and direct connection, you may want to review this helpful link. Increase Internet Speed Tips

We have the same problem, and it’s just Sunday Ticket that doesn’t work. We’ve a brand new router and the internet speed is fast. How do we fix this? We are missing important games

Having the same issue here and per other message boards on the internet, it seems there are 1,000s of others too. I have a hard-wired connection and our other streaming services (YouTube TV, various other apps) are all working and working well. It is absurd that for $75+ per month you can't speak with anyone to fix the problem. Online chat is down, I've been waiting on hold with technical support for an hour and Direct TV's twitter account is down. Really?

For the second straight week, NFL Sunday Ticket Streaming is completely out. A quick scan of other community message boards and the internet indicate this is happening to 1,000s of customers. I have a hard-wired connection and our other streaming services (YouTube TV and various other apps) are all working and working well. Furthermore, it is absurd that for $75+ per month you can't speak with anyone to fix the problem. Online chat is down, I've been waiting on hold with technical support for an hour and Direct TV's twitter account is down. Such poor customer service. Please help.

For the third consecutive week, I've had serious problems streaming non-blacked-out games. Today, for over an hour, I've tried re-booting, re-loading, and re-streaming a game through my Roku's NFL Sunday Ticket app (with the "sorry about the interruption" message as the game fails to load) as well as through desktop browsers Chrome (doesn't seem to be supported) and Safari. After an hour, the game began slowlying buffering on Safari but not fast enough to produce discernible video. I wanted to try loading the game on my Roku app, and anyone familiar with Sunday Ticket knows the Roku would prompt me to sign out of Safari first. My computer, offline and shut down, had somehow maintained a logged in status with Sunday Ticket. I booted it up again, signed in again (crazy, I know, since it's supposed to already be signed in and that's why I wasn't able to sign in to the Roku), and discovered, as if it was 2002 again, there is no option in Settings or anywhere else to LOG OUT of Sunday Ticket on Safari. All of this would be forgettable if the service was free, but as we know, it's by no means free. I miss living outside of the US where I could stream live games without issue through NFL GamePass. Instead, I'm stuck in the US paying for a service that does not work, with no way to troubleshoot. [Per Guidelines: Keep it Relevant and Appropriate]. I definitely support those asking for AT LEAST a pro-rata refund of games lost from this service.

Red Zone will work but not the games. So disappointed. Glad I have my student discount for the Ticket only because Directv has always had horrible service. That’s why we cancelled the service.

My NFL Sunday Ticket is not loading. We stream the Ticket because we do not have the ability to have a satellite in our home. I have tried restarting the Ticket many times and refreshing the connection. I have tried logging in on different devices and it is still not working. i have been on hold with Direct TV for two hours and I am growing frustrated because I pay a lot of money for the service and I want to watch the games.

Im having the same issues repeatedly!!! They have the WORST customer service. sitting on hold now trying to get NFLSunday Ticket streaming issues sorted out. we've had it 3 weeks now and for second week in a row streaming isn't working. Why pay for a service that doesn't work. Anything connected with AT&T Blows..... They have ruined Directv which was the best!
