NFL Sunday Ticket Login Issues

I am not able to access the NFL Sunday Ticket with any of the login credentials I have! I have tried to reset my user ID as well as the password, but I keep getting routed to the AT&T page. I also tried logging into the NFL Sunday Ticket app but it says I don't have the right credentials.

I've changed my account email, deleted and downloaded the app and still nothing.

@DIRECTVhelp  any Update????

I'm able to log into the main DirectTV Account Overview and see my account info but unable to log into any app.

When I request my user ID on the app, I get an error message stating my email doesn't work.

Issue appears to have been fixed.  I'm now able to login with the same credentials and password I was trying to use yesterday.  Did not need to delete/reinstall or update the app.  Must have been an issue at DirecTV.

The NFL SUNDAY TICKET app will open for live streaming starting Sunday, September 12, 2021 at 12 PM EST. On that date, you'll be able to stream games, view instant stats and highlights, and enjoy other features.

Please try to login to the online account. If it allows you to login, please try to uninstall the app and install it again.

I just logged into the app on a few devices and the scheduled games are appearing. Things seem to be working - of course the true test will be Sunday at kick-off (fingers crossed).

In order to confirm that you have the latest version of the NFL app, it is necessary to uninstall and install the app again, once done, try to sign in again.

Found a solution for the login issue. Go to my account info on NFL sunday ticket tv and go to account info. I changed my email so that is not the same as my att login. Worked for me. Good luck!!

@DIRECTVhelp I am experiencing the same issue with logging in. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. And reset my password. Nothing works. What should I do next?

I also cannot get logged into my account- same error message. Have reset password, uninstalled and reinstalled the app- still nothing. No response vía their Chat help, and have been on hold over an hour with the 800-number, and continuing to hold after being redirected to the wrong department. Glad I waited to sign up until today when the 7-day free trial window is available, because if this is what it’s like- I will be cancelling!
