NFL Sunday Ticket Max

There’s nothing we can do about that. We are customers just like you on a public forum. Whatever DIRECTV is sent is what they show, so they are not held accountable for guide issues either.

What you have stated is obvious. I was just wondering if anybody else was having the same problem and maybe had found the answer.

First off, Sunday Ticket Max is not on a specific channel. Sunday Ticket Max gets you access to all the Sunday Ticket channels. As for the game you are looking for, you must be looking at the wrong date or schedule. The Jets don’t play the Chiefs this week, the Chiefs played last night. I see Jets @ Browns on channel 706 for 9/18 at 12CDT.

Thanks for the response. The email Diretv sent has the Chiefs on Sunday with a link to a calendar reminder for that day. I'll try to get help now that I know the email is wrong. 

You somehow got a different email than me. I got the week 2 schedule email today too and it shows Jets @ Browns on channel 706. So what help do you still need?

Different than what? What game is listed? I see the right game in the email and the channel guide. Are you still looking for the Chief’s game? They don’t play this Sunday, they played Thursday.

My email for week 2 has the Jets v Chiefs listed for 9/18 at 1pm EST. The guide has Jets v Browns.

That email you posted shows Jets @ Browns. That is the Brown’s helmet, not the Chiefs.

@CobbTotem3 So does the OP’s receiver, no refresh is needed. He thinks it’s supposed to show something else, which it isn’t. 

@sandblaster I came to that conclusion myself after reading the other posts.
