NFL Sunday Ticket Purchase ONLY

Is it possible to buy Directv service, simply to purchase the NFL Sunday Ticket and watch it on my mobile device? I have an alternate TV provider, so I wouldnt want any in house set-up or tv boxes. Just the ability to sign in mobile and watch NFL games.
