NFL Sunday Ticket Streaming not available in Dallas

Why is your NFL Sunday ticket streaming not available in Dallas TX ? Support has no answers , sign up runs in circles and then tries to sell you a Direct TV install ... Im a full time student and former Veteran and you spam me with  ads for " Student Sunday NFL Ticket' and then finally just try to sell you a huge Direct TV package ..... I'm so disappointed
