NFL Sunday Ticket

On channel 114, (the nfl sunday ticket confirmation channel) i get a black screen. Does that mean i have nfl sunday ticket or no?

If you're not sure whether you have NFL Sunday Ticket or not, you can view your account add-ons online by following these steps:

  1. Sign into your account and go to Account Overview.
  2. Choose "My DIRECTV".
  3. Select "Manage my plan".
  4. Choose "Add/remove channels".
  5. Find NFL SUNDAY TICKET 2019 or NFL SUNDAY TICKET MAX 2019. If they have an option to activate them, then you do not subscribe to NFL Sunday Ticket currently.
