Thank you for posting, we can help.

 

Full screen mode is very easy to access.

1. While you are streaming, click on the video and then look on the row of the player to the far right.
2. There should be an icon that looks like either a TV screen with arrows in it.
3. Click there and the video should blink out and then blink on in Full screen mode.
4. Also you can try the screen rotation from Portrait to Landscape

Try these things and let us know.

Thanks for the info. The full screen icon never worked.
I determined that I had not downloaded the correct app. When I downloaded the app for iPad it worked fine.
