The service is called NFLSundayTicket.TV. This service does have an eligibility requirement based on your address. It is required that you live in a location you can not receive DIRECTV service. This could be an apartment, condo, rental (no landlord permission) or even a house where we can not get a good satellite signal (we will usually need to have a tech verify.)
College Students are also eligible based on their student status and school.
You can check for your eligibility on the website linked above.
This is a streaming-only Service, no equipment provided. It can be streamed through a web browser or any of these devices.
