I tried to sign into nfl ticket app with my att user password and id. It says cannot find an id and password that matches an account. I already pay for the nfl ticket for my tv.

We recommend first troubleshooting your Sunday Ticket service through your television to help refresh the service.
Afterward, troubleshoot the app itself by uninstalling and reinstalling it and clearing the cache.
You'll also want to make sure that your device is running the current version of its operating system.
