NFL ticket

Why hasn't the NFL ticket login redirect loop to nowhere been fixed? Apparently this has been going on for years. Why can't you make a portal or a tab? NFL ticket app (Edited per community guidelines) and doesn't always work or go full screen. People pay for a service that doesn't work. You are driving people away with the (Edited as per community guidelines) customer service on the market.
