We would like to clarify with you that the number of channels available to stream live out of home varies by package and location and may change from time to time, for this reason the NHL Center Ice channel is not appearing on your programing through the DIRECTV App from your phone.
That doesn't make sense. If I can watch NFL Sunday ticket on my phone when I'm away from home, I should be able to watch Center Ice too. Especially now since you can only watch NHL via ESPN Plus

The NHL CENTER ICE allow you to watch up to 40 out-of-market games, from first face-off to the final stretch of the season, however the out-of-market games are available only on the channels 769-785 in your home receivers. Check additional information about the NHL CENTER ICE here.
