No Account Returned From UPDA using Insignia/FireTV

My son gave me a new Insignia/FireTV and I currently have DirectTV as a provider. (1) For a couple of weeks I was able to watch all my channels, but one day I wasn't able to get  the Disney channel on the FireTV. The error message is "0066: No Account Returned From UPDA." The Disney activate site asked for a 7-digit number, which I can't find.  I have spoken with (5) people at Disney, someone at Insignia, and DirectTV, none of whom know anything about this. I have researched it extensively but cannot get any help with this. (2) Apparently I also have a "VPN code" - whateve that is - which is preventing me from watching things on another tv. Have e-m'd & left a phone message, but can't find anyone who can explain what it is, how I got something I am now being charged for monthly. Sorry for taking so long. I'm praying someone out there can help me! Thank you!

That's not what we like to see, let's help address your issue. We have a forums post in regards to potentially solving your issue. If possible, clear you cache on your FireTV and after doing so, reset your password.
Let us know once you follow the steps if this solves your issue.
