No Programming in On Demand - Only the Welcome Video?

I have the HR21 receiver, verizon FiOS Internet connection and an Actiontec MI242WR router. The network connection is wired and my router sees my receiver and the network connection test shows network: connected and Internet: connected. I set up port forwarding for 8080 and 80, still nothing.

When I go to channel 1000 the only availble program is the welcome video. All of the categories are there...but when I select a category it returns with "no matching programs at this time."

I spent about 2 hours on the phone with tech support today and still nothing...What is the deal?

The router and HR21 are set to automatically obtain the IP address. Any other settings I have missed? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
