NO RED ZONE

As full time RVers, we have had red zone with our directv for over 8 yrs.  After watching the 1st Sun of redzone , we are now told by a Supv ( Areli ***** ) that redzone is no longer available to rvers.  I find this very hard to believe. Feel free to look up our account, and the detail of all the stress we have gone through over the past 1 and a half weeks attempting to order redzone, now being told NO , not available. Dish offer redzone for a MUCH lower price, and we are investigating. PLEASE have ANYONE with information about this to get back to us .  Just seems very STRANGE that on the Directv website, TRAVELERS is offered, but now, no redzone.......we don't like being on the phone for hours, with NO positive results, just passing the buck. Unacceptable and have said to MANY folks that Directv has gone DOWNHILL since ATT purchased them. PROVE me wrong, SOMEONE call and let us know why free one Sun, now not available. We cannot be the ONLY fulltime rvers out there with this situation.
