NO STRIKE ZONE

Direct TV customer service…management team has been terrible…we have not had Strike Zone the entire season. I call Wed & Friday’s each week to report and it only gets more frustrating. The lies…they say they are “escalating” to engineers (that they can’t communicate with) is maddening. The last manager actually tried to “sell” me more of the MLB package!!! I was livid and told him that is completely wrong! He went back and forth with me acting as if I was stupid. Direct TV is in desperate need of fixing their customer service AND fixing the Strike Zone channel! Beyond frustrated and disappointed…this is fraud at its best. Still waiting for the email from tech support engineers Maria? No channel since day 1…if it’s not fixed properly I want a refund on this package. Problem should have been fixed by now. This is taking too long and I have 3 disappointed teens each week. Really bad Direct TV, really bad…

@Mborghi if countless calls being made don't escalate the issue to your content, a BBB complaint will certainly do so.

Absolutely…we will be escalating this on our end for sure. Such a hassle though!
