Not able to view Oxygen on my Firestick even though I am linked to my Directv account

Let's see if we can get you back to watching your favorite shows on the app, @Reba.

Have you restarted the whole device?

Have you cleared the cache and cookies on your device?

Have you reset your DIRECTV password?

We recommend that you reset your DIRECTV password that you use to log into the app, because this will resync everything on the back end of your account.

Try this and let us know if it helps.

I have tried all of these steps and nothing has worked.  I can watch different shows within the Oxygen app but anytime is says Oxygen (example: Snapped) I get the not authorized screen.  Very strange.  Any other suggestions?  Thanks for trying to help me out here.  Doesn’t make any since as I’m able to view everything else!

• Just to clarify, you are able to watch shows on the oxygen app but it crashes?
• Was this working properly on your firestick before? 
• Does this happen when viewing a particular show or with multiple shows?

I can open up the app and it shows many shows to watch.   In the app you have different shows you can click on and down in the corner of the shows, some shows say NBC, some say Bravo, etc.  I can watch those.  All the shows that say Oxygen, like snapped says I’m not authorized.  Hope that makes sense!

Have you signed to the Oxygen App using the Directv as an provider?

1. Click on sign up and on the NBCUniversal video Viewing Policy.
2. Click on Link Provider, choose Directv.

Note: If you are not registered at DIRECTV.com.

• Enter your Password.
• This will register you and verify your account.

I am experiencing the same problem.  I can get on the Oxygen app with my Firesticks but it will not allow me to watch any Oxygen shows.  The screen goes gray and provides an unauthorized jargon with an exclamation point.  All my handheld devices I can watch but all of my tvs, I can’t.
