not happy with Directtv service
Been a loyal customer for a very very long time. Have constant reception issues and just had a three week stint with no service Turns out dish/equipment burned out by electrical strike. I was told signal was coming into home just fine and it was a problem with our receiver inside. I'd appreciate a discount for thee many loyal years dealing with the headaches every time it even threatens to rain

You need to call/chat with DTV for that. So why didn't you schedule a tech visit sooner?
