not receiving activation code

Hi - I've gone through the DIRECTV2PC download process twice now, including where I enter my name and email address, but I'm not receiving an activation code (which I assume is the code I need to enter for Serial No. in the install process).  Any advice as to how I can get an activation code?  I installed for the first time last night (no previous installs on any other devices, so no chance that I used up my 2 codes that are referenced per email address).  Waited all night, but didn't get an email.  Installed again about an hour ago, but still no email... i've checked spam folder as well.  I would wait longer, but i read somewhere I should get this email in about a minute.  Thanks for any advice.

The activation code will normally arrive while you're in the process of installing the software. We've seen some cases of certain email systems blocking the passage of the message. Some folks open a Hotmail email address at Windows Live just for this purpose.

I used two different bellsouth email addresses and neither received a code, but as soon as I used gmail, it was almost instantaneous.

For whatever reason some email systems must see the code as a boogie man.  Glad you got your problem resolved.
