[off-topic] 3D blu-rays.. Where are they????

I realize the best place to get 3D content is Directv.  I have no problem with that.  Off-topic,  I am frustrated that studios are not releasing 3D blu-rays to the general public for us to enjoy.  Those of you reading this probably have your 3D set up already.  So why buy some extra glasses pack from company just to get Avatar 3D, ICE AGE 3D, Monster vs. Aliens or How to Train your Dragon etc...   It is so frustrating that studios are doing this.  I refuse to buy a 2D Blu-ray of a movie i eventually want in blu-ray 3D!   I bought Cloudy, but not interested in Monster house. Not sure any of the new ones to be released are worth getting in 3D blu-ray as they were flops at the box office.

I am not a fan of torrents, but the studios need to realize that customers do not want to buy a 2D version now and a 3D version later when they can just download the 2d movie now and buy the 3D one later. 

Am I missing something??  anyone know where i can legitimately get the blu-ray 3D movies without having to snipe on ebay @ $80/disc?
